Cancellation Policy
Changes to Courses
Where the customer wishes to change a course date then this can be accommodated. The following terms apply:
More than 14 days- no charge
More than 7 but less than 14 days- £10 per person charge
7 days or less- £25 per person charge.
Please do contact us though with the reasons as we will be as flexible as we can and treat each case individually.
Cancellations by the Customer
Where the customer cancels the booking the following cancellation terms apply.
More than 14 days 100% refund (minus a £10 fee per person)
More than 7 but less than 14 days – 50% refund
7 days or less- no refund available but please do get in touch with the reasons as we will be as flexible as we can.
Cancellations by Us
Paddlesports can take place in a range of conditions and as such as not cancelled due to rain. The safety of our customers is of paramount importance. In the event of bad weather we reserve the right to change location. If the weather is too bad on the harbour we will move to a more sheltered river location. The content of the course will remain the same.
In the rare situation that the weather is really bad and paddling is unsuitable then an alternative date will be arranged or a full refund given.
Alex's Paddlesport Adventures can not cover external expenses for the course, i.e fuel, accommodation, hire of external kit or vehicles. We will do their best to keep customers as up to date as possible with regards to cancellations to avoid unnecessary expenses on the clients part.
