About The Paddle
This is a wonderful paddle from Eyebridge just outside Wimborne up towards the Coventry Arms.
Launching beneath the iconic Eyebridge we will paddle up stream towards the Coventry Arms. This is a wonderful part of the river alongside the Kingston Lacy estate which the National Trust are beginning to turn into wetlands. There is an abundance of wildlife along this section with Kingfishers often seen.
Prior Experience
This paddle is within the sheltered water environment. You will have some prior experience of paddling and be able to control your board and self rescue (with assistance if required). There are some small sections of faster flow.
Equipment
You will ideally have your own equipment for this trip. As a minimum you will need the following equipment:

SUP (with QR waist leash) or kayak suitable for open water conditions.

A river fin for SUP's is ideal as it can get shallow.
